Do your t-shirts and hoodies fit true to size?
Yes – all our garments are made to fit accurately according to your usual size. The fit is designed to match the natural body shape. A sizing chart will be available at checkout to help guide your selection.
Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Shipping takes 3 to 5 working days once your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do.
- UK shipping: Free on all orders
- International orders: Shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, tracking is generally available. If tracking is active on your order, you'll receive the details by email after dispatch.
Will my order be delivered on time?
Absolutely. We use one of the fastest and most reliable suppliers in the UK — your order will not be delayed.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to make changes to it. Please double-check everything before confirming your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, just upload a photo and send it to our support email. You’ll receive a new item — and you can keep the damaged one too.
What if it doesn’t fit?
Send it back and we’ll send you the correct size — no problem.
What if I’m unhappy with the product but there’s nothing wrong with it?
If there’s no issue with the product itself but you’re not happy with your order, you’ll receive a 30% refund off the original price — and you keep the item.
